Well move over chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ’cause Blueberry is bringing some fruit friends to the “shake” party!
Blueberry Fruit Shake
Who doesn’t like a good milkshake. Get creative with the additional fruit you add to this one. This is a good way to put bargain frozen fruit to use, especially those bags of mixed frozen fruit!
We decided to double the recipe as it was presented on the US Highbush Blueberry Council because 3 servings seemed such a teaser!

- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen mixed fruit
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tblspn brown sugar
- 2 teasp vanilla extract
- In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, mixed fruit, milk, sugar and vanilla extract
- Whirl until smooth
- Serve immediately
