Baked Brie with Blueberries

From the heart of North Carolina, Brie and Blueberries! How about a sweet white wine to cleanse the palette?!

Baked Brie with Blueberries

  • 2 tbsp red pepper jelly
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh jalapeño
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • salt (pinch)
  • pepper (pinch)
  • 1 8oz Brie cheese (round wooden packaging for best results.)
  • Crackers (Your favorite with cheese!)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the red pepper jelly,
    jalapeño, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the blueberries with the
    pepper jelly mixture.
  4. Remove the wrapping from the Brie round and cut off the rind from the top.
  5. Return the Brie to the wooden box.
  6. Place the Brie on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the brie from the oven and top with the blueberries.
  8. Bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with crackers.
