Blueberry Fruit Shake
Another, fun and easy blueberry-full recipe that is just in time for summer fun! A great way to use the freshest, ripest fruits that summer brings your way! Freeze your own berries or buy them that way, either way, get some blueberries into your blender!
- 2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit (melons, peaches, grapes, plums, bananas)
- 1 cup Milk (subtitute your favorite almond or soy milk)
- 1 tblspn sugar
- 2 tspn vanilla extract
- In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, mixed fruit, milk, sugar and vanilla extract
Whirl until smooth
Serve immediately
