Happy New Year 2016 From North Carolina Blueberries!

We Have Made Some Changes For 2016!

We are now three websites strong supporting more and better blueberries for all!
North Carolina Blueberry Council A Cup of Blueberries A DaNote a different look here? Well we are reacting to changes in technology with our existing websites while building out more content that supports consumers and producers of blueberries in the southeastern United States. Of course we are focused first on what North Carolina contributes to a healthy blueberry industry world-wide.

We are also focused on making the content we put into our three websites easy to “consume” and navigate. So you will note our love affair with sliders has vaporized with new site updates. We all live in what is referred to now as a “Mobile First” world where most people visit websites on their huge phones, maybe a tablet and on occasion, a desktop or laptop computer. Still, we are keeping our sites usable on all devices!

North Carolina Blueberry Council Website Updates

www.BlueberryTradeShow.com
Our newest website is focused on our premier event, the North Carolina Blueberry Open House and Trade show. We are now in the 50th year of supporting the blueberry industry in the southeastern United States. To support building relationships between innovators, educators and producers, we hold an annual trade show every January! This show is focused on bringing all parties interested in a healthy, vibrant and sustainable blueberry industry together for a few days in North Carolina to connect and share before the new season!

This is our original website focused on getting the news, information and forms to blueberry producers, researchers and vendors. While North Carolina is the seventh largest producer of blueberries, we are among the top states when it comes to research and development of new blueberry varieties. Technology developed in North Carolina as been fundamental to growing blueberries in places where one would never think a blueberry could “chill”! Now we see our neighboring states to the south growing with us to provide tasty and healthy blueberries to customers around the world!
